Mr. Jain is deeply committed to Sienna’s mandate to help residents, our nation’s seniors, live fully, every day. This deep conviction guides Nitin’s approach to leading Sienna.

Mr. Hung is an accomplished investments and administration executive with a wealth of experience to draw on from a variety of sectors, including over 10 years in senior living with Sienna.

Ms. Anderson is a highly experienced executive previously working for the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) where she held the role of Chief of Operations and Service Excellence Officer, and is known for her focused approach on improving customer experience, stabilizing operational performance, and modernizing core services.

Ms. Fritsch is a seasoned executive with nearly 25 years experience in the seniors housing and care sector. She is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the company’s real estate and development portfolio, information technology, procurement, project and risk management divisions, and other strategic initiatives.

Ms. Giovanniello has over 30 years of human resources experience leading and implementing strategies in large, complex organizations and is responsible for the people strategies for Sienna’s 15,000 person workforce.

Mr. Mir is Executive Vice President of Long-Term Care at Sienna Senior Living. He is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience spanning healthcare, operations, technology, and strategy.

Mr. Walsh is an experienced legal executive with extensive governance, corporate finance and transactional experience, including serving as general counsel of two industry leading Canadian companies.

Nancy Webb is a seasoned public affairs executive with extensive leadership experience within the entire health system including the pharma, acute care, long-term care, seniors’ living, medical association, and regulatory sectors.

Dr. Hugh Boyd is an experienced care of the elderly physician practicing in Hamilton, Ontario. In addition to providing bedside care, he has carried multiple medical leadership roles advocating for improved care.

Dr. McGeer is a premier infection control specialist in Canada, with deep expertise in the prevention of infection in hospitals and long-term care homes.
