Jeff Forbes is an accomplished technology executive with nearly two decades of experience leading large-scale business transformation, digital innovation, and enterprise technology organizations across healthcare, retail, and professional services.
As Chief Technology Officer at Sienna, Mr. Forbes is responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy, cybersecurity posture, applications, data, and artificial intelligence in support of high-quality care and operational excellence across one of Canada’s leading seniors housing and long-term care providers.
Prior to joining Sienna, Jeff served as Chief Technology Officer at dentalcorp, where he led the modernization of the organization’s technology landscape during a period of significant growth. Earlier in his career, Jeff held senior technology leadership positions at Indigo overseeing enterprise and customer-facing digital technology and at IBM, where he focused on SAP implementation and modernization for some of Canada’s leading organizations.
Mr. Forbes holds a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from St. Francis Xavier University. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as a business-first technology leader, building highly engaged teams, developing emerging leaders, and fostering collaborative cultures that drive innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
