I’d like to take this time to say thank you… for taking great care of my mom while she was with you. [She] enjoyed the ladies at her table, the activities… It meant a lot to me to know she was well cared for, involved, and secure. Thank you again for all that you did for mom.

My Mom was a resident on Cottage House. The staff, nurses, cleaning and kitchen staff took such wonderful care of my Mom. It gave my brother and I such peace of mind knowing she was cared for by so many… My family will always be grateful to all those wonderful people.

She went out of her way to arrange zooms for us, she kept us updated on our dad’s activities, she shared heart-warming stories and provide us all with the emotional support that we needed… Her attentive and friendly nature gave us the strength to keep going and do whatever we could to help our dad… The personal and attentive care she provided all five of us will forever be etched into our hearts.

It is difficult to express how greatly my entire family appreciated everything you did for mom and us… I am so grateful to have gotten mom a place at Bradford Valley, I can’t imagine getting better care anywhere else. My family all felt how much love you all put into your work. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

We appreciate all the compassionate care you gave to our mother. You are thought about often, as you work so hard and are always cheery… You are all deeply respected and admired for your kind and caring hearts.

Your patience, caring, and humour has gotten me through many a day… Thank goodness there are people like yourselves to care for these residents. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you everyone.

The radio was on and my sister and I were enjoying the music… The nurse, Alice… went up and began to dance with [a resident]. I was amazed by the personal one-on-one interaction provided by Alice. This gave me comfort to know that the residents here at Bradford Valley are truly taken care of.

We wanted to say a heartfelt thank you [for] the kindness and compassion to me and my family. I also wanted to acknowledge the amazing level of care and compassion and love the [Bradford Valley] team extend to our Dad. It is extremely difficult to put into words how much this meant to us.
