Ms. Anderson is a highly experienced executive previously working for the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) where she held the role of Chief of Operations and Service Excellence Officer, and is known for her focused approach on improving customer experience, stabilizing operational performance, and modernizing core services.
Ms. Anderson is Executive Vice President of Retirement at Sienna Senior Living. She previously served as Executive Vice President of Long Term Care, where she successfully stabilized and optimized operations while advancing resident care and team member engagement.
Prior to joining Sienna, she was Chief of Operations and Service Excellence at the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB), one of North America’s largest insurance organizations. She also held senior leadership roles at WSIB and AlarmForce Industries Inc., where she led significant operational transformations and service improvements.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer was the Founder and President of Interactive Services, providing operational and digital improvement solutions to large organizations. She also worked with a global outsource provider of customer relationship management services, partnering with several Fortune 100 clients.
Her career has been centred on driving operational and service excellence, building strong cultures of trust and accountability, and improving both client satisfaction and team member engagement.
Jennifer has served on the Board of Directors of the York Centre for Children, Youth and Families, BC Care Providers Association and holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
