From the beginning, you and your team have been amazing — thank you, [though they are] too small words for [the] huge difference you all make to those we love.

I would like to sincerely express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for the excellent care that all of you gave to my dad… I know he soon felt at home, cared for and loved by all of you. Your kindness meant so much to me and dad, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Words cannot express how much I appreciate the wonderful care, love, and comfort that you and the entire team provided for my mother. You all made her truly happy and comfortable during her stay at Glenmore. The attention, hugs, and caring each of you gave to her were FAR beyond what one expects and experiences in a care facility! Glenmore is lucky to have you, as are all the residents.
