…You have a fantastic team… I honestly do not know how I could have made it through mentally without mom’s nurses and PSWs… They have made me feel so comfortable when I could not visit my mom last year when she [moved in]. [I feel] grateful and blessed knowing my mom is receiving the best care.

Your staff is so cheerful in welcoming me back to visit, and I am forever grateful to them in return! It is a pleasure to watch them work and interact with each other. They are truly very special human beings!

I want to thank you all so much… for the amazing job that you did on arranging the new outside visits! The tents are fabulous, and I really appreciated the added touch of the lovely flowers. It actually made me cry to see how much effort had gone into this… Congratulations to you and the whole team of incredible people there at Maple Grove who have worked so hard to make this happen!
