Adam is an experienced legal executive with extensive governance, corporate finance and transactional experience, including serving as general counsel of two industry leading Canadian companies. As General Counsel, Executive Vice President, Legal, Adam oversees all of Sienna’s legal requirements and initiatives, including corporate, commercial and real estate matters, corporate governance, securities regulatory compliance and privacy. He also acts as the Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors. Adam draws on a wealth of legal experience developed over 25 years of practice, routinely serves as a mentor to young lawyers, and is a member of the Ontario Bar.
